In addition to operating the college, he owns and manages five successful barbershops, demonstrating his strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

Justin is passionate about education, mentorship, and preparing the next generation of barbers for long-term success in the industry.

Instructor

Flurim Krasnici is a certified instructor at Bell’s Barber College and a skilled professional in the barbering industry.

Flurim began his barbering career in 2018 and is known for his technical skill, discipline, and commitment to excellence.

He brings real-world industry experience into the classroom and onto the clinic floor, helping students connect hands-on practice with professional standards.

As a dedicated educator, Flurim is passionate about training, mentoring, and guiding students to develop strong fundamentals, professionalism, and confidence as they prepare for successful careers in barbering.
