Our Foundation
Bell’s Barber College was established by Justin Bell, owner and founder, whose experience in the barbering industry shaped the vision for the school.
Justin began his barbering career in 2018 and quickly built a reputation for precision, consistency, and excellence in both classic and modern barbering techniques. Beyond working behind the chair, Justin went on to own and operate five successful barbershops. Through building and scaling multiple locations, he created a consistent, high-quality customer experience while developing and leading strong, reliable teams.
After years of operating professional barbershops and mentoring barbers in real-world environments, Justin recognized an opportunity to bring his experience to a wider audience. Bell’s Barber College was created to uphold high standards, provide clear structure, and prepare future barbers to begin their careers with confidence, professionalism, and a strong focus on customer service.
Instruction and Leadership
Bell’s Barber College is led by instructors who bring real-world industry experience into both the classroom and the student clinic.
Flurim Krasnici is a certified instructor at Bell’s Barber College and began his barbering career in 2018. Known for his technical skill, discipline, and commitment to excellence, Flurim plays a key role in guiding students through hands-on training and professional development.
As a dedicated educator, Flurim is passionate about mentorship and student growth. He focuses on helping students build strong fundamentals, professionalism, and confidence as they prepare for successful careers in the barbering industry.
